Gilbert Dickinson Gilbert A. Dickinson is a senior partner and owner at Dickinson Prud’Homme Holway Hoffman, LLP practicing in the area of general insurance defense, including premises liability, transportation and medical and hospital malpractice.

Mr. Dickinson received his undergraduate degree, Magna Cum Laude, and his Juris Doctor from the University of Colorado at Boulder, in 1975. 

Mr. Dickinson specializes in complex civil litigation, including medical malpractice defense. He has completed over 80 jury trials. He is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates and serves as a national board representative for the State of Colorado. He is also a fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers. He is active at the local and national level in efforts to improve the civil litigation process and the civil jury trial. He has chaired several National Jury Summit programs on behalf of American Board of Trial Advocates. He has also been selected to Colorado Super Lawyers since 2008. Mr. Dickinson was licensed in 1975 and began focusing his practice on hospital and medical malpractice in 1985.
