Michelle R. Prud'Homme is a senior partner and owner at Dickinson Prud’Homme Holway Hoffman, LLP practicing in the area of insurance defense, including premises liability, transportation, veterinary, and medical and hospital malpractice.

Ms. Prud’Homme received her undergraduate degree from Colorado College and her Juris Doctor from the University of Colorado at Boulder, in 1983. Ms. Prud’Homme specializes in complex civil litigation, including general insurance defense and medical malpractice defense. She is a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates and a former president of the local chapter. She practices in the areas of premises liability, products liability, automobile accidents, environmental and construction litigation, commercial disputes and a wide variety of negligence cases. In May 2010, The Colorado Trial Lawyers Association chose to recognize Ms. Prud'Homme with its Professionalism Award, which is given to an attorney within the defense bar who has displayed competency, ethics, and professionalism on behalf of their clients and when dealing with their adversaries.
