Molly G. Hoffman is a partner and owner at Dickinson Prud’Homme Holway Hoffman, LLP practicing in the area of general insurance defense, including premises liability, transportation, and medical and hospital malpractice.

Ms. Hoffman received her undergraduate degree from Hendrix College and her Juris Doctor from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville, in 2007. Ms. Hoffman practices in complex civil litigation, including general insurance defense and medical malpractice defense. She specializes in premises liability, automobile accidents, commercial disputes, and a wide variety of negligence cases, including medical malpractice and regulatory board issues. Ms. Hoffman regularly handles active litigation cases, licensing board issues, and pre-suit actions brought by unrepresented parties. She is on the board of the Colorado Healthcare Ethics Forum, which is an organization which provides guidance and advances awareness of ethical issues faced by the health care community.
